        1.  CONCEPT

The meetings and talks with investors and the chefs are the initial point for familiarization with the vision of the arising place. The climate of the site as well as a kind of the served kitchen and the customer create the important information. When considering the technical possibilities and the possible time period for performance of the work, we develop – together with our clients – the detailed conception of the place.

        2.  DRAFT

Development of the project is based upon the earlier established assumptions. We prepare the program-spatial projects with marking of the functional system of the utility rooms, together with the suggested equipment. The ergonomic planning of the whole supporting back place in the indispensable rooms and equipment is very important. The separation of necessary sections of work of the employees and the best adapted routes become simultaneously the plan of their later functionality and comfort of work.
The adopted assumptions and conception result in development of final technological project. The componential parts of the project include as follows:
-    Drawing of functional system of the rooms (together with the equipment)
-    Specification of the equipment together with their data concerning, inter alia, supply in water, electricity and gas
-    Detailed technological description of the project, representing the assumptions of the project which constitutes the guidelines for the particular project sectors

        3.  VISUALISATION

The project is transmitted to investor and expert for hygienic-sanitary matters. The opinion on the project is necessary for the acceptance of the place by Sanepid (State Sanitary Inspection). The prepared visualizations give the possibility of real looking at the project which becomes reality. The earlier plans and drawing obtain a real appearance.
On this stage, we commence completing the equipment and devices and their assembling. We begin the talks concerning the interior design and furnishing the kitchen with small devices such as pots, pans and other accessories.
